Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 70mai platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 70mai platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 70mai as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 70mai platform. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring that all registration details provided are accurate and kept up to date at all times.
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Not sharing account access with any other party.
- Notify the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
70mai reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure the accuracy of account information and to prevent fraud. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 70mai platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality or security of the platform.
- Misusing promotions, bonuses, or offers in a manner that contravenes the stipulated terms and conditions.
- Engaging in any activity that could be deemed fraudulent, constituting money laundering, or otherwise illegal.
- Sharing or selling account access to any third party.
- Using another user's personal information without authorisation.
Any breach of the above rules entitles 70mai to suspend or close your account immediately without prior notice, and to withhold any account balance pending further investigation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 70mai platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You can make deposits using supported payment methods, including online banking transfers and local e-wallets.
General conditions applicable to all transactions:
- Deposits may only be made using an account or payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are determined by the platform from time to time.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same account and payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the platform.
- The platform reserves the right to request proof of payment or additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method and are not guaranteed within a specific timeframe unless stated otherwise.
Any bonus or promotional credit credited to your account may be subject to separate rollover requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. 70mai reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means.

70mai is not liable for any loss, damage, or service disruption arising from circumstances beyond our control, including technical faults, server failures, network outages, or natural disasters. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding continuous availability or complete freedom from errors.
Users are solely responsible for all betting decisions made on the platform. 70mai is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 70mai platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so via the account centre, subject to the settlement of all outstanding transactions.
Changes to Terms
70mai reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 70mai platform shall be resolved through the appropriate mechanisms under Malaysian jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims relating to the use of this platform.
